Welcome to Juvo ("we", "us", or "our"). By engaging in our life consulting services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided
We offer life consulting sessions focused on personal growth, mindset, goal-setting, and life balance. Coaching is non-therapeutic and does not replace medical, psychological, or financial advice.

2. Client Commitment
Consulting success depends on your commitment. Clients are responsible for showing up on time, being honest, and actively participating in the process.

3. Appointments & Cancellations
Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged in full.

4. Payments & Refunds
All sessions must be paid for in advance. Packages and sessions are non-refundable once delivered. Refunds for unused sessions are considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law or with your written consent.

6. Disclaimer & No Guarantees
Life coaching is a partnership focused on empowering you to make changes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or clinical treatment.

7. Intellectual Property
Any worksheets, content, or materials provided during coaching remain the intellectual property of Juvo and may not be distributed or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions, actions, or results arising from your coaching experience.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota/United States, and any disputes shall be resolved under these laws.
